the buddy system fall 2026 | five seats. Calls start September 9.
The launch you've been circling since spring, done by Halloween…
An 8-week room for solo business owners who are building something and need someone to think with. Not a course. Not a giant group chat posing as a “community”.
A small group that knows your business, and tells you the truth about it.
Five seats. Early bird ends in…
The problem isn't that you don't know what you're doing.
It's that there's nobody to check anything against.
You've been turning the same three decisions over in your own head for months. Should the offer include that? Is the price right? Does any of this make sense to someone who isn't you?
So you do what solo business owners do… You ask your partner, who says “sounds good, babe!!". You put a poll on your story and let 40 people who will never buy from you decide something that matters. You open a doc, write four versions, and close it.
And the thing sits there…
Unlaunched. For another month.
Early bird closes August 20th, or after the first 3 sign ups!
You show up with what you're actually working on — the offer you can't structure, the launch you keep delaying, the pricing you're avoiding — and we work on it out loud.

The Buddy System is an 8-week room for solo business owners building something — a launch, a new offer, a shift in direction — who don't have a team to check their thinking against.
It's not a course. No modules, no curriculum, no workbook.
It's not a “community”… I mean it is, but it isn't one of those big Slack channels you'll mute by week three.
It's not a mastermind with a hierarchy.
And it's not a place to be blindly told “you're doing great!!”
Here's the whole thing.
scheduled GROUP CALL
One hour a week you're committed to working on your business instead of in it. Show up with what you're building — the launch, the offer, the pricing you keep avoiding — and leave with quality feedback, brainstorming, and knowing what to do next.
me on voxer
24/7 comms with me for all eight weeks. Send the voice note when the question hits, not when you finally get around to it. Gut-checks, subject lines, “is this insane?" — hash it out, Brainstorm Session, style in real time.
PEOPLE WHO GET IT
Same room every week — so by week three they know your business almost as well as you do. Solo owners with actual skin in the game, close enough to your ideal client to be useful, but more qualified than a hypothetical question to your dog walker.
Feedback from past Buddies
“My business went from zero to 1,000 in the Buddy System... I would 1000% recommend it (even though I'm hesitant to because I don't want spots to fill up before I can get in).”
“What shifted for you? Literally everything… I liked having a blocked off time in my calendar which allowed me to work on my business and not in it... Having your own business can be a really lonely experience... your friends who have a 9-5 don't understand... the ones who understand are in the Buddy System.”
“I felt like maybe I was too new or green to join, but it was probably the best thing I could've done... Being around other business owners who were much more established than me just showed me what was possible...”
“Through this experience, I feel like I have a cohort of ride-or-dies I can ping with questions, insecurities, blocks that would normally mean a full stop for my business.”
“Just take the leap and trust the process. You will get as much out of the experience as you bring to it.”
“The group really helped me gain some confidence when the imposter syndrome was putting the pressure on.”
You know when you put a poll up on your story because you can't decide? This is like that, except the people answering know your business, have their own skin in the same game, and are closer to your ideal client than your followers are.
If you've ever…
Caught yourself describing your business like it's a favour you do for people…
Rewritten the same sales page four times and still can't tell if it's better…
Asked your partner and got "sounds good, babe!!" …
Made a real business decision off an Instagram poll at 11pm…
Sat on a launch because you couldn't shake the feeling you weren't the person to do it…
“I felt like maybe I was too new or green to join, but it was probably the best thing I could've done.”

hey, I’m
Meaghan 👋
I'm a brand strategist, which mostly means I get paid to see what business owners can't see about their own businesses.
Positioning is the bulk of my work — what you're actually selling, and why someone picks you over the next person. Clients describe the discovery process as unlike anything they've been asked before. That's not a technique. It's just what happens when someone with no stake in your habits looks straight at your business.
That's my role in this room. Not teaching. Asking, then telling you what I see. The difference is that in my studio work, you get that once, in a room with me, and then I go build. Here you get it every Wednesday for eight weeks, while the thing is still in progress — plus a close-knit group of other people doing the same for each other.
Clients have tripled their prices after working with me — not because the logo got better, but because the thinking did.

FAQ
Is this a course? No. There's no curriculum and nothing to work through on your own. It's a live room, eight times, built around whatever you're actually working on that week.
What if I miss a call? Come to all eight if you can. The room works because the same people show up and know what everyone's building — miss two and you're catching up instead of contributing.
THAT SAID, life happens. Send me a Voxer beforehand with what you would have brought and I'll make sure it gets into the room, then fill you in after!
Do I need to have a brand sorted first? No. This isn't a branding program and it isn't a step toward one. Some people in past cohorts had worked with me before, some hadn't, some hired me after. None of that is the point of the room.
When do the payments come out? At signup, then 30 and 60 days later. All three land inside the eight weeks, which is why plans close August 28.
How new is too new? If you have a business and something you're actively building, you're fine. If you're deciding whether to start a business, maybe grab the next one?
How established is too established? There isn't one. Someone eight years in and someone eighteen months in are useful to each other in ways that might surprise you.
What if I don't have a launch going? Bring what you have. Pricing, positioning, an offer that isn't working, a decision you've been avoiding. The room adapts. People with nothing to bring get less out of it — that's the only real requirement.
What's the Voxer access actually like? You have me on Voxer for the full eight weeks. Send the question when it comes up — a pricing gut-check, a subject line, a "is this insane" — and you'll get a real answer back, usually same day. It's for the things that shouldn't wait until Wednesday.
